Cubicle type metal claded Gas Insulated Switchgear, called as C-GIS, developing from 90's of 20 century, focusing on modularizing, multifunction, high reliably and compact structure, has achieved preeminence on technical, economical and ecological environmental.Now C-GIS is representing the development direction of MV switchgears and world advanced level on technology, and becoming animportant branch of MV metal clad switchgear.It expands conventional GIS' stechnology to MV area and adopts low pressure SF₆ gas or mixed gas of SF₆ and N₂ as insulation medium. Combines the technology of GIS and switchgear to form a new series of gas insulated metal clad switchgears.
GZX series C-GIS using SF gas as insulation medium, with stainless steel housing which hermetically sealed and being of fixed style switch board belongs to indoor switchgear assemblies of AC three phase single busbar or sectionalizing single busbar, aremainly used in power distribution system of auxiliary power network in power plants, middle and small size generators, substations, high buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, subway projects. etc. to carry out the control, protection and measuring and checking for distribution system and loads. It is suitable used specially in such location like underground, altiplano, frozen earth, littoral and humidification area, and population crowded districts and architecture expensive places.
