The 35kV oil-immersed three-phase two-winding power wind (photovoltaic) step-up transformer is designed for various wind (photovoltaic) generating sets as an ancillary equipment, it can arise The 600V-690V power generated by the wind (photovoltaic)generation units to 10kV-35kV and transmit the power to outside power grid connected.It is widely used in wind power (photovoltaic) field distribution network. The oil tank of product is of a fully sealed structure and equipped with the thermometer, the oil pressure gauge, the Buchholtz protector, the pressure release valve, the oil drain valve and other components to ensure the safe operation of the transformer.
Loss low, noise low and temperature rise low
The company imports the high performance and high quality cold-rolled and crystal grain oriented silicon steel sheets to make the core lamination and take the full oblique joint stacking technology for forming the core of the transformers, so small in the no load loss and little in noise. The all performance indexes of this series products designed and produced by the company reach the national transformer standard of type 11 or above. The measurement results of temperature rise test show that the temperature rise of the top level oil is 45K,and the winding is 55K, which is about 10K lower than the allowed temperature rise stipulated in national standard, it may extend the service life of the wind (photovoltaic) step-up transformer.
Safe and reliable operation
The LV winding adopts foil-wound structure to be with high mechanical strength and balance ampere-turns distribution and strong short-circuit resistance and high reliability. The HV winding adopts the segmental cylinder structure, the capacity to ground of HV winding is small, but the series capacitance is very large, which has a good surge voltage distribution, and can effectively eliminate and suppress all kinds of over-voltage oscillations. The HV windings are connected with Delta connection,so that the third harmonic current can form a circulation in the Delta connected primary windings, which will not be injected into the public HV power grid.
Measures against oil leakage, corrosion and sandstorm
Having with years of experience in the production and operation of the pad-mounted transformers (American style prefabricated substation) both at home and abroad, the company adopts 1.5mm high strength cold rolled steel plate and the carbon dioxide shielded plasma welding technology to manufacture the radiators of the transformer.In the high voltage part the metal flange type partial-discharge free bushings and high quality anti-aging oil seal parts are adopted to ensure the transformer to be no leakage.The transformer oil tank is of the fully sealed structure, the inside oil is isolated from the outside world and it is of completely free of maintenance. The shell surface is treated with three painting layers (bottom coating, middle coating, surface coating), which can be used in the heavy salt fog corrode area.
